Information On Our Shipping & Core Credit Policies
Batteries & Chargers
All of the Batteries & Chargers that we sell on the website include the cost of freight & shipping in the displayed price (unless otherwise specified). This results in no additional shipping charges at checkout. Exceptions to this rule can include the following:

As well, we offer several different options that can be included with shipping for an extra cost. These include but are not limited to:

Notified Before delivery
We have worked hard over the years to ensure we have unbeatable freight rates with the major Transportation companies, and we in turn pass those savings on to you, the customer.
If you wish to arrange your own transport, we recommend calling us & placing the order over the phone with a representative.
Core Pickups:
If you opt in to receive a credit for your scrap battery (referred to as a core), this battery will need to be collected. Xtrapower Batteries will handle all the pickup arrangements & paperwork. The core must be avail for pickup within *2 weeks of receiving your purchased battery. This allows you to have proper time to remove the old battery, and install the new one, and prevents any interruptions in workflow, as well as providing ample time to secure the old battery for shipment.
The core credit is issued once your battery has been received and verified.
If the battery will not be available for pickup within 2 weeks, please advise us to the situation so that we can make arrangements, or extra charges can ensue.

If your core is a Maintenance Free Battery (for example: Champion brand) it is unfortunately not eligible for our core credit program. If you are unsure if your battery is maintenance free (does not require regular watering, and does not have removable caps) please contact us by phone or by email for more information.
Other Products On The Website
Our various parts, peripherals & small products that we sell ship with standard carriers, and shipping cost is not included. The cost for shipping will depend on the weight & size of the order, as well as the location it will be travelling to. Please understand that for these smaller items, shipping rates are out of our hands, and entirely dependent on the transportation companies we have at our disposal. If at any point you wish to arrange for a pickup yourself of the desired product(s), please contact us by phone and place the order with a representative.
Shipping Times
Typically, our batteries and chargers all ship within 5-10 business days from placing the order. This can be as little as 2 business days, depending on availability. ReConditioned Batteries are subject to availability - if there is an expected delay in shipping the order, we will contact you via the contact information you provided at the time of the order, to make you aware of the situation. Products other than batteries & chargers are subject to ship within 2 business days.
