Q: How long will it take my battery to ship out?

A: All of our new batteries ship within 5 business days of receiving an order. ReConditioned Batteries are subject to availability - if there is an estimated delay, we will contact you to make sure you are aware of the situation.

Q: I am looking to buy a battery for my lift, but I don't know which one I need.

A: Please send us an email at sales@xpb.ca and include the dimensions of the battery that needs to be replaced, as well as the voltage. We will be able to further assist you.

Q: Where can I find my tracking number?

A: When the battery ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

Q: My battery is listed as shipped, but the tracking # provided doesn't turn up any results.

A: It can take up to 48 hours before tracking information will appear on our carrier's website.
